This site is run by Johan Degel, an individual. You can reach me at johandegel@gmail.com.

Use of AI

This site was written, designed and coded with help from AI tools. I reviewed and edited everything on it. The project descriptions and screenshots come from real work; no testimonials, results or examples were made up by AI.

Privacy

This site has no forms, accounts, cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and I don't collect personal information through it.

• The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes standard technical information (such as your IP address and browser type) to deliver the pages and protect the site from abuse.
• Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google when a page loads.
• If you email me, I use your name, email address and message only to reply and to discuss your enquiry. I don't sell or share them, and I'll delete them if you ask.

Wherever you are, you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information I hold about you, and I'll respond within a reasonable time. If you're unhappy with how I've handled it, you can contact the data protection or privacy authority where you live.

Prices and estimates

Prices and the price calculator on this site are general estimates for straightforward work. Prices are in NZD and exclude any local taxes, duties or bank fees that may apply where you are. They are not an offer, a quote or a promise to take on any particular project. Any work only goes ahead once the scope, price and terms have been agreed in writing, and that written agreement takes priority over anything on this site.

Case studies and screenshots

Client details are kept anonymous. Numbers and dates in the screenshots have been blurred, and the screenshots are shown to illustrate the kind of software I build. Figures such as the $20,000 (NZD) subscription describe that client's situation as reported; they are not a guarantee of the results or savings another business will get.

The software shown, and any names or marks in it, belong to their respective owners.

Using this site

The information on this site is general and provided as is. I take reasonable care to keep it accurate, but to the extent the law allows I'm not responsible for loss arising from relying on it. Nothing here limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that apply to you and can't be excluded.

Links to other sites, such as LinkedIn, are provided for convenience; I'm not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Each project is covered by its own written agreement, which sets out the scope, price, payment, ownership of the work and which law applies. If anything in that agreement differs from this page, the agreement takes priority.
